We're committed to getting your vegan beauty products to you quickly and safely. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
United States:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $5.95
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $12.95
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days): $19.95
- FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $50!
International Shipping: We currently ship to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@createwithdragonfly.com within 48 hours of delivery. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your products.
