At Dragonfly Beauty, we stand behind the quality of our vegan beauty products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy.

Returns & Refunds

Eligibility: Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition. We accept returns on unopened products and gently used items if you're not satisfied with the results.

How to Request a Return: Email us at support@createwithdragonfly.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label (for US orders).

Refund Processing: Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the items and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange a product for a different shade, size, or item, please contact us and we'll be happy to help. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll send you a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund, including shipping charges.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened makeup products (lipsticks, mascaras, etc.) unless they are defective. Gift cards and promotional items are also non-returnable.
